Biography

Mr Fisher served previously: (a) Managing Director of Mondi Paper Company, one of the two major paper companies in South Africa; (b) Managing Director of Polymer Convertor Holdings, a holding company that controlled 14 plastic conversion companies and (c) Group Research and Development Manager for AECI Ltd.

He has been involved in a number of successful start-up companies, in particular Acrylic Products (Pty) Ltd and Industrial Urethanes (Pty) Ltd in the plastics field and was responsible for the development of the fermentation technology currently being used for amino acid production in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
